Death & Letting Go

(6) Much of getting ready for death involves ‘letting go’ of body, of opinions, of mind, of all of it. Are there practices you have done or want to do that help prepare for this ultimate letting go?

Thread 1 — “ I’m not surprised that after quite some time, there are still no comments on this one. This is the “last work” we do. Most people put it off as long as they can, and just get on with living in this now moment.

Thread 2 — “Shahabuddin through his workshops had us do exercise to let go of the body. I liked that. And to visualize someone wonderful helping you from the other side.

Thread 3 — “ Ghassan Manasra in his ‘Peace Facilitator’ training motivated me to Let Go” of my strong opinions that do not help but hurt facilitating. And as a peace facilitator in training it is not something to be done between 2 and 4 on Sundays it is way of being all the time.
