What we have all been talking about and thinking, the next step is to stop talking and go into experiencing this in silence. And seeing what happens.  And seeing what emerges. Not trying to fix anything.  Not trying to understand anything.

This is the beginning of a practice that we do that not only prepares us for death for being out of the body also for life,  being connected with the body. We will do more of this practice throughout the week. I believe it is very important to learn to consciously disconnect with the body as well as to consciously connect with it. Most of us are not fully connected with our body and we are not fully not connected with our body. And it can become quite confusing. 

So before we stop any Questions about what we just did.  Be honest did anybody have and fear in this practice, what was it like, what came up.  “Yes, fear of pain this is the most common fear and natural. But the fears do disappear as you do the practice more and more.”

. . .   Yes, fear of death is it real. This is a practice to practice death. And this can be done every day.   And by practicing death ultimately there is not death . . .
